Gabriel Baleasa, the Romanian hacktivist known as Lulzcart alleged to have contributed to Operation Antisec, is due to appear in court again on the 27th of November to stand before additional judges after prosecutors contested the initial November 2nd rulings.

Lulzcart was sentenced to 2 years and 9 months of suspension and another 8 years of close observation by a Romanian court on November the 2nd. FreeAnons and contributors of Lulzcart’s support effort were pleased that the November 2nd ruling did not include jail time; However, this newest court date makes the potential for a jail sentience a possibility once again. We’re hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

With your support, the Anonymous Solidarity Network was able to assist Lulzcart financially with his previous court expenses. With the announcement of this latest court date, we are once again organizing a donation drive to help rally support for Lulzcart and to assist with the cost of sending him back to court where he will once again stand before judges and face prosecution for his contributions to Anonymous. Even the smallest donation makes a great difference. If you can not contribute to this cause financially please contribute by sharing this information with others.
