The prosecution of our brothers and sisters is unacceptable! We may not always agree collectively regarding other matters but we agree, as a collective, that you can not and will not arrest an idea! Those facing prosecution for their involvement in Anonymous activities are many and we, as well as they, merely burden the idea that we all continue to fight for. We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and we provide support for those who are facing prosecution for alleged involvement in Anonymous activities. We believe that community acts of Internet protest are not crimes nor conspiracies and should not be prosecuted as such. The state considers the actions of Anons as an injustice. We, as Anons, consider our prosecution an injustice. Among these many great injustices is the prosecution of Lulzcart.
The Anonymous Solidarity Network has contributed dearly to the benefit of Lulzcart but we have done very much with very little. The Anonymous Solidarity Network has aided Lulzcart over these past several months with attending court dates and securing a defense. Although Lulzcart’s ordeal is nearing an end his support effort has placed a burden on the network. Lulzcart needs our help. On November the 2nd of 2012, Lulzcart was sentenced to serve 2 years and 9 months of suspension and another 8 years of close observation; No jail time. This ruling, however, was contested by the prosecution and on the 11th of December Lulzcart has to once again attend court and stand trial for alleged involvement in Anonymous activities. The Anonymous Solidarity Network is raising funds to specifically assist Lulzcart with attending this court date.
Lulzcart might ultimately be found guilty and sentenced to serve time but we are determined to get him to court and to support him throughout his prosecution. You can contribute to this cause by donating to FreeAnons, by browsing the FreeAnons’ store, where 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Anonymous Solidarity Network, or by simply sharing this information with others. We have exposed the corruption of the corrupt states prosecuting our brothers and sisters. We have assisted our brothers and sisters with attending court where they have been unjustly tried for committing just acts of protest. We have given our voice to those Anons who have been denied a voice! Anonymous will not be stopped! As long as there are Anons being prosecuted there will be an Anonymous Solidarity Network! Expect us.
