Our intentions have been examined and speculated for as long as we have existed. Ill will has been found in even the best of our intentions and exploited by those whom seek to distract others from our cause. This message is a response to a recent and unfortunate effort to discredit and disrupt our course. What those that orchestrate this campaign fail to realize is that, though they can deter a few from contributing, they can never silence or stop us from continuing our efforts.

We, a few, have bleed and cried to continue this cause and we will not be deterred. We will not be deterred by the prosecution and incarceration of our brothers and sisters. We will not be deterred by the psych ops of the governing fractions and their private contractors. We, least of all, will not be deterred by trolls.

To Nancy Norelli, never once did you have to burden this cause but you took it upon yourself and we will never have the words to thank you for it. To Sue Crabtree, your greatest contribution is that which is most often used to hurt you. They mockingly call you the mother of Anonymous. Sue, Anonymous has known no greater source of comfort than you. You have encouraged us when no one else would. You have taken us in when we had no place else to go. No matter what more you believe that you could have done or what else is left to do, you’ve done good.

They want us to define ourselves? Let me define FreeAnons. We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and we’ve seen the arrest of dozens of our friends and family. We’ve fallen. We’ve lost sleep. We’ve searched aimlessly for hope. We’ve given up and tried all over again. We’re still here and we’ve been here for more than 2 years and if you want us to justify or define ourselves then you can suck my dick. Signed, with all due respect, The Jolly Anon; Wally Wetcircle. P.S. Please file all complaints with Anonops. I am sure that they will treat your concerns with respect.

13 people that are alleged to be aligned with the Anonymous collective were indicted on October 3, 2013, out of the Eastern District of Virginia. They are charged with conspiracy in connection with Operation Payback. One of the defendants, Dennis Owen Collins, has been charged previously, in connection with Paypal 14. The burden on him must be unimaginable. These people are going to need a lot of support, both moral and financial. We urge people to hold donations to freeanons.org until we can establish whether the defendants will set up funds for themselves. It is better to donate directly to their funds, if so. If any of the defendants or their supporters have questions on how to establish a fund, they may call us directly, and we will be happy to advise them. Once we see which funds are available, we will work with those people to promote them to the best of our ability. If you see a fund that needs promotion, know of a defendant in need, or can help in any capacity, please call or join us at irc.anonops.com #freeanons.

For some initial news on the case, see here. There is a link to the indictment, as well.

We want to thank all of the people who immediately contacted us and offered their support upon news of the indictment, some of whom are defendants in other cases, and who have seen their lives completely overturned by the U.S. government. Freeanons is constantly amazed at the generosity that is displayed toward us by donations, goodwill, and resources like Anonops IRC, @AnonymousVideo and My Anonstore. The support from Alec Empire, Shower With Goats, Vigilante, among other artists, has been invaluable. It has been two years since Freeanons’ inception. Thanks to all who have come forward, sometimes at great risk to themselves. Let’s do our best to provide support one more time for these people newly charged.

Give no quarter. This has been their reply. “You’ve taken my brother. He has done no harm.” Give no quarter. “You’ve made a mistake. She’s my friend.” Give no quarter. “This man is but a journalist. Since when is that a crime?” Give no quarter. “My daughter served our country with honor and courage. She was only doing her duty to the people by exposing these war crimes.” Give no quarter. “He accepted your plea. Show leniency.” Give no quarter. “He is only a child. I’ve taken his computer. He wont do it again!” Give no quarter.

The people cry out for mercy. Our family and friends are prosecuted for reasons unjustifiable except for in the court of corporate and political interest. The people’s cries are not ignored. “Give no quarter.” This is the state’s reply. We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and we demand justice! We renounce the prosecution of our family and friends but still attend their proceedings. We beat our drums, we sing our songs and we attest to the illegal prosecution of our comrades. Mercy requires compassion and forbearance, the state has neither. The people plea for clemency. We sing, “Bella ciao!”

Give no quarter? We are #FreeAnons. We ask for no quarter! We ask for nothing. What we expect of the state we demand from the state. The only quarter we would ever request is that of Jeremy Hammond’s and Barrett Brown’s so that we can burn the prisons holding them down from the inside out. Too easily is our creed forgotten by those we wage this war against. “We do not forgive. We do not forget.” We will never negotiate with a state illegally prosecuting our family and friends! Those that prosecute our comrades use our nation’s laws to justify their iniquitous actions.

Those that they are prosecuting are being prosecuted for committing so called crimes that benefited the very people our nation’s laws are meant to protect. Crimes against corporations and government agencies that are breaking those same laws and actively pursuing the suppression of any dissent that challenges their status quo. The people are charged with crimes but when corporations or government agencies illegally access our communications or personal computers it’s not a crime but a matter of greater profit margins or an act of national security. We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and to this we reply, “Give no quarter!”

Give no quarter, ask no quarter and remember the Anonymous creed, “We are Anonymous. We are legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.” The state’s prosecution of our comrades can just as easily and with as much impunity become their pursuit of us. Your greatest asylum is your anonymity, do not neglect it. Your greatest support during times of trouble is the Anonymous Solidarity Network, establish contact with it. If you do not know how then ask how! Adjust your sails and steer your ships with purpose. Hoist your flags and raise to half-mast that of #FreeAnons as homage to those still sailing towards these troubled waters.

Operation PenPal – Our brothers and sisters have been taken away from us. Some of the best and brightest of our generation are locked away from the world in an effort to silence them and make us forget. But we are Legion. We do not forgive, we do not forget. We leave no one behind.

Our comrades are accused of working to make government transparent and accountable to the people. They are accused of setting information free. They are accused of opposing war and crimes committed under its banner. They are accused of disrupting financial institutions that have themselves disrupted and ruined the lives of millions.

We do not believe these actions or the people being charged for them are dangerous. The acts that they are accused of can at worst be called civil disobedience and whistle blowing. Yet the government has already decided they are guilty, holding some for years without a trial.

We now launch #OpPenPal as an ongoing action in support of Anons and other activists navigating the nightmare of the “justice” system. Anyone can join this operation – find a pen, some paper, and a stamp. We may be from the Internet, but we are backward compatible. Let a political prisoner know they are not forgotten.

Urgent Call to Action! PayPal14 due in court date on May 13. A show of solidarity with the PayPal14.

    PayPal14:
Christopher Cooper aka Anthrophobic, Josh Covelli /Absolem, Dennis Collins /Iowa, Mercedes Haefer /No, Donald Husband /Ananon, Vincent Kershaw /Trivette, Drew Phillips /Drew010, Jeffrey Puglisi /Jeffer, Ethan Miles, James Murphy, Keith Downey, Daniel Sullivan, Tracy Valenzuela, Christopher Vo.

In a little over one week from now, the internationally lauded ‘PayPal 14′ are due in San Francisco Federal Court (450 Golden Gate Avenue) on Monday, May 13th, 2013 and Anonymous is calling for a rally all day beginning at 9:30am (may go as late as 5pm) to support the heroes who allegedly dared to act against the gross media censorship by e-Bay’s subsidiary PayPal after terminating its donation processing service for Wikileaks when nation-states began targeting them for revealing international war crimes and crimes against humanity from the Bush-era of the “War on Terror.”

The defendants were arrested in July of 2011 after PayPal reportedly suffered 3.5 million pounds in damages in 2010 due to a cyber-sit-in or DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on their website. The incident was allegedly a response to the online giant’s unprecedented decision to cut off journalists Julian Assange and Wikileaks from revenue and legal defense funds.

Please come show your support for whistleblowers,
First Amendment Rights and their heroic defenders.
